DescriptionIntact; one wing chipped; hole at base of wing behind legs.
Bronze and wood; bronze corroded to a blue green.
Ibis with a wooden body and bronze head, neck, and legs.

Brown wood with black grain. Ibis crouches on bent legs; tenons under feet for attachment to base. Beak, head, and neck form a continuous reverse “S curve,” beak and mouth incised, eyes with raised pupils. The curved wings meet at the rounded tail. Bronze legs have horizontal and vertical sections. On the feet four elongated talons with short claws spread apart, the shortest talon curving backward.
