DescriptionThis long, thin figure wears a peaked cap, helmet, short-sleeved tunic, and mantle. The head is schematically carved; long, almond-shaped eyes project from large eye sockets, and the eyelids are uncarved; the nose is long and straight. The beveled lips point forward at the center, forming a faint smile above the pointed chin. The face is plump in profile, the neck short and thick. The long ears are sketchily carved, excess stone remaining under the right lobe. The hair hangs in two smooth masses behind the ears to the shoulders.
