DescriptionKantharos with tall strap handles, short stem, and small, flaring foot. A sharp ridge with crosswise notches emphasizes the juncture of the sides and bottom of the bowl. The handles are somewhat concave. There is a graffito on the interior, a three-sided incised mark, resembling the Greek letter rho or an irregular alpha or delta, that may be the mark of the fabricator, the owner, or a price.
